Rượu vang KOYLE AUMA là một sản phẩm đặc biệt đến từ vùng Colchagua Valley, Chile, được làm từ giống nho Syrah và Carmenere trưởng thành trong điều kiện khí hậu ôn đới. Với màu đỏ đậm và hương thơm của trái cây đen chín, mận đen, anh đào đen và mùi hương của gỗ sồi, rượu vang này mang lại hương vị đầy đặn, cân bằng và độc đáo.
Nho được thu hoạch bằng tay ở mức độ chín tối ưu và phân loại để chỉ chọn những trái nho tốt nhất. Sau khi được ép rối cho lên men ở nhiệt độ thấp giúp chiết xuất hương thơm và hương vị đầy đủ hơn của trái cây trong 5 ngày. Nhiệt độ lên men 24 – 26 độ C trong hai tuần. Sau đó một lần nữa lên men tiếp nhưng ở nhiệt độ cao để tạo ra một tannin tròn và mượt. Rượu được ủ 24 tháng trong thùng gỗ sồi Pháp.
KOYLE AUMA được phối trộn bởi các giống nho: Carmenere: 50%, Cabernet Sauvignon: 23%, Cabernet Franc: 12%, Malbec: 7%, Merlot: 5%, Petit Verdot: 3%

Màu sắc: Chai vang này có màu ruby đậm ánh tím.
Hương vị: Rượu vang đầy hương thơm tươi mát với màu tươi sáng của nho đen, dâu đen, tím, trà đen và hạt tiêu đen. Rượu vang có cấu trúc tốt và độ tươi, trong đó tông màu gỗ sồi và trái cây được kết hợp trong sự cân bằng hoàn hảo.
Phối hợp với đồ ăn: Rượu vang phù hợp với thịt đỏ, thịt gia cầm, mì ống và pho mát…
Phục vụ: Thưởng thức ngon hơn ở nhiệt độ 15 – 18 độ C khi ướp lạnh. Khui ra để bình Decanter 30 phút trước khi thưởng thức.
